The Paleo Diet Basics


Image  The Paleo Diet mainly constitutes meat from wild game as well as fish, which provides lean proteins and essential fatty acids. Nuts and seeds provided oils and other essential fatty acids; fruits and berries packed with fiber for low GI carbohydrates and nutrients. They did not have any dairy products, grains or processed foods, as these foods only came with agriculture and the domestication of animals.
